I’ve focused on Adam Fox several times in the past and Braden Schneider might be a focus in the near future. Right now, while we are in the middle of the team’s first playoff series within the last several years, I’m placing the spotlight on K’Andre Miller. K’Andre is just 22 and already he has two seasons in the NHL under his skates. He improved tremendously from season one to season two, helping lead the team into the playoffs. It is obvious that K’Andre is a workhorse on and off the ice. But, did you know that he is from a small town in Minnesota, his favorite meal is pasta and his biggest booster is mom? At such a young age, K’Andre also gets it! He realizes that he has one of the best jobs in the world and loves it. He already knows that he has attained a prominent platform where he can serve as a positive role model who is influencing the next generation of players or just hockey fans.
