Pool Deck Platform - 8'x4'? with stairs and railings.

We have a ground-level deck that might overlap that area where posts would go in, so that deck may need to be cut and modified. I want to work with it as much as possible without demo - if possible. I've attached 3 photos - 2 of the pool deck we want (without the gate) and 1 photo of our situation now. We don't expect that size deck to fit between our pool and fence so something smaller. * Also - we are considering a second set of stairs for the opposite side. Please reply by e-mail only - i'm in Westport. Try to guess at the cost so I know it's in my budget and I'll pick someone to come down and take a look. Must be completed by June 1st.
