Need 2 guys to move box

HI, looking for 2 strong guys to move a box for me, its just under 500 lbs. I have the truck, need lifted onto a pickup bed, then taken out thru 15 ft of garage and down a small set of steps. Let me know whos around today of tomorrow to do this, thanks
