Cleaners needed for Property Management Company

We are Honest Property Management (www.honest.pm) and are in need of experienced and reliable cleaners to help us maintain our properties. Primary locations are Winthrop, Augusta and Freeport but we also have properties in Lewiston, Auburn, Gardiner, Sidney, Leeds, and Vassalboro. We manage two types of properties and need cleaning help with both: 1) Long-term rentals in 1-3 bed single family homes and apartment units that need deep cleaning between tenants 2) Vacation rentals that need expedient but still thorough cleaning between guests, usually on Saturdays If interested, please reach out to us with a brief description of your: EXPERIENCE How long have you been cleaning and for what types of properties? Please include the cost of cleaning supplies and equipment in your rate as we do not keep these on-site at most properties. This opportunity is for independent cleaners who we will compensate as taxable 1099 contractors. Direct employment and cash payment options are unfortunately not available at this time.
