HAZEL’S BIO
Our green-eyed beauty, 7-years-old, was rescued from a disastrous hoarding situation; a Good Samaritan braved the horrible environment, scooped her up, and delivered her into the loving arms of our team. This friendly kitty has already stolen the hearts of several of our volunteers.
She's shy at first, prefers her quiet cubby in the closet, but she can be persuaded to come out for a visit. She absolutely loves getting pets and being brushed, purring all the while. Gaining her trust is the key and once that's accomplished she wants all of your attention.
She needs a quiet home and the patience to let her settle in at her own pace. This big sweetie is just waiting for you!
UPDATE: Hazel has now immerged from hiding in the closet to exploring the main room, finding a cozy spot to nap, and is responding very well, with purrs, when getting attention from the volunteers!
