***Nanny needed in Portland!!

Seeking a nanny in Portland (Maine) for our seven-year-old and five-year-old daughters, and our three-year-old son. We are looking for someone who has experience* with children, is warm and caring, and is patient. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Portuguese (English is not required). This position could be a live-in nanny if that's something that works for you and our family -- we have a private bedroom and bathroom available -- but most likely this will be someone who lives locally and commutes. During the school year all of the kids are in school until 3:30 PM. The job mostly entails learning through play, lots of daily outdoor time, meal prep for the kids, etc. Only our son is in diapers, the girls are potty-trained. During nap times and other down times we would ask you to clean up after the kids (clean dishes from lunch, fold their laundry, organize toys, etc.). Additional things we are looking for: - experience with infants and toddlers* - experience with caring for multiple children at the same time* - proactive attitude, high energy - CPR certified (not required, but recommended) - non-smoker A background check will be performed before hiring (at our expense).
