No such thing as a free lunch. Approximately 80sf of solid dark oak hardwood flooring in excellent condition. All you need to do is remove it and the subfloor and it’s yours FREE to do whatever you’d like with it; i.e. use it yourself, sell it, burn it, donate it, gift it, etc. It just needs to be removed ASAP so the first person to respond who can get it out the quickest can have it. The pictures are a combination of what it looks like under the protective floor covering and a closer look of what involved. All appliances have been removed so the flooring is accessible from wall to wall.
