Are there any tattoo shops within like an hour drive of Milwaukee that are having tattoo specials for Friday the 13th this month? Hell, I'll even drive as far as Chicago if it's a really good deal. I know a few shops around here that used to have flash sales every year but the past few times I havent seen any ads whatsoever.
