Derby Rooms Available, in my Home. Rooms are very clean and only 1 mile from Churchill Downs, muffins, bagels, juice available for breakfast. Also renting spots in my backyard to set TENTS up for 500.00. Rooms and space for Tents will go fast. You can email me or call for more info. There will be a deposit to save rooms and tent areas, that is half of cost of room or tent spots.
