The apartment industry urgently needs new maintenance technicians serving future residents and current residents to maintain the community and apartment homes. The Phoenix Staffing has developed a FREE Apartment Make-Ready Program that teaches you the following in an accelerated, hands-on 3-day training: • Porter Position Skills: Picking up trash on a property, trash outs of apartments, picking up pet waste, painting curbs, making sure amenities are clean and in charge of making sure apartment community is beautiful! • Plumbing • Electrical • Drywall repair • Painting • HVAC • General maintenance duties After completion of the class we have immediate job openings in the apartment industry.
