NOTARY near HERMITAGE?

I need a notary to witness the signing of a vehicle title on Sunday the 7th of May, near Hermitage. We'v searched and searched, but found no one. Could there be a notary that would be willing to give us 5 minutes of their Sunday? I'm driving in from Arkansas to buy a Motorcycle from an older couple who can't ride anymore and they can't find anyone. If it's legal, I could pay for this service (not sure Notaries can charge in PA). Thank you for reading this, and THANK YOU if you can help! Mark
