We have a clear path set up for our employees to grow within the company and fine tune and expand their knowledge through our tried and tested On Boarding and Training programs. We focus on Asphalt Paving, Grading, Sealcoating, Striping and Concrete. We pride ourselves on training and developing our employees so that they can grow and become cross trained in multiple divisions. We will on board each of our new hires so the transition into a new company goes smoothly. Responsibilities: Show up each day on time and ready to work. Be prepared each day ( Proper work wear, Lunch and Water etc...) Be open and willing to learn our company's methods and expectations. Communicate daily with your foreman and fellow crew members. Experience: Any experience is great and will be discussed. Just be open to being taught our company's methods and operations Training will be provided at all levels of experience. Skills: The best skill you can have is to be able to show up on time every day willing to work! Education: None necessary, but if you have some we will discuss.
