Hello strangers! I am writing you today because I would absolutely love to find some people to play music with. I have played solo for most of my life, self taught, never played in a band. For me this would be more about the experience of connecting and creating with other people, than about producing a final product or playing gigs; though if something more tangible were to come out of it, I think I would be pretty open to that too. I do pretty much all of my recording in my room at home, nothing fancy but isolated and chill. Lots of instruments and space we could use. In SW Portland. Doesn't really matter what you play, just looking for good people who want to show up wholeheartedly and bring minimal drama. I am in my late 20s and identify male, if that matters at all. I love all sorts of music, but the music I want to make is mostly rooted in classical, minimalism, ambient, drone, experimental/musique concrete, neopsych, and rhythmic electronic music like trance and techno. The sound I have in my head is some fusion of all of these that is organic, hypnotic, really dynamic and layered, and personal. But of course you are welcome to bring your own ideas and I am open to creating whatever may come naturally. If you think this sounds up your alley and you wanna give it a go, please hit me up!
