I’m looking to hire someone to plant 3 rows of lavender over existing soil. The soil has turned into moss so it will require landscaper fabric plus 2 inches of soil than the lavender plants. This is for a side garden. It will be an 8 hour job for one person. I also want border put between the rows of lavender. Need someone to rake up yard and edge the garden. Looking for someone who truly loves to garden. I will buy the supplies. You must have experience and tools.
