The Bootstrap Music Co. is located in the SoDo area of Seattle. We currently have an open position. Duties will include some cleaning, a little bar-tending, basic audio stuff, and whatever else might be necessary as it comes up. Must have good working knowledge of mixers (the audio kind, not the alcohol kind). Fringe benefits include access to music rehearsal studios. The pay is $17.50 per hour (plus some tips). This is for Saturdays only from 2:00 - 8:00pm. Additional hours on other days will likely be available as other shifts need to be covered. Other opportunities to work in other areas of the industry (live sound etc...) may come available, depending on your level of ambition. Access to the rehearsal studios comes with the position. So, someone who wants to pursue their music without the cost of rehearsal space will benefit most from this. Must be 21 or older. Must live within King County. Must be reliable. No drugs. Must have basic knowledge of audio mixers / music equipment. Must follow directions; the first of which are as follows: Reply by email only.
