Description
This is truly the hardest and most devastating decision I've ever had to make but I am rehoming my male 5 year old cat. He doesn't get along with my older cat and I've come to the decision that it's not fair to keep him locked up constantly.
His name is Brody and he is an indoor cat. He may be 5 but he has the energy of a kitten. He loves to play and can sometimes be a little play aggressive if he does not get enough stimulation (which is why he does not do well with my other cat). He needs to be in a home with no other pets besides possibly a medium to large dog that has zero aggression towards cats. We have a german shepherd that he use to rough house with but once she got older she became aggressive towards other animals, and so we also know have to keep the dogs separated from the cats as well. Brody was also not raised around kids and does not appreciate them so a house with no kids is necessary as well.
Brody is completely litter box trained the only bad habit he has is he claws some of our furniture, as most cats do.
In my opinion Brody would do best in an adult only home (30-40 years old), preferably a house so has space to release all his energy with no kids or pets besides a dog (again he bullies smaller animals so not a small dog).
I know this might sound like a lot to ask but I'm in no rush to rehome him and just want to find in a home where he will have a better situation than what he is in know.
Brody is a lot of cat but he is also very sweet and is my favorite pet I've ever had, which is why it's so heartbreaking to give him up.
Please let me know if you're interested and let me know a little about you and your living situation. There is a rehoming fee.
