side yard improvements: plumbing, landscaping, carpentry

Hi - we're looking for contractor licensed to work in DC who can make improvements to side yard including -- Lay gravel (dig out dirt, grade appropriately, install fabric, lay gravel, etc.) roughly 5-7' x 38' Relocate hose bib + sump pump discharge (remove existing piping, patch exterior brick wall, cut new holes for hose bib and sump pump discharge, install and seal new bib and discharge without damaging wall) Install shed* 6' w x 3-4' d by 6-8' h (set shed foundation, build or assemble shed, secure to shed foundation and exterior house wall without damaging wall, ensure seal between shed and exterior house wall is water and pest proof and entire unit is windproof, install gutter and drain for rainwater, etc.). Shed goes between two windows in photo. That's where hose & sump pump discharge pipes are currently which is why we need to relocate them. Install gate at side yard entrance (where bbq grill is in photo - something that could stay open for going in and out with tools etc. but could be closed to keep the dog in the side yard -- this is the lowest priority item but something we are interested in if not to expensive to include). Need contractor with landscaping, plumbing, and carpentry skills and relevant licenses and insurance. Would like to begin work as soon as possible.
