41 y/o guitarist looking for fellow musicians (guitar/bass/vocals/drums) to work on a stoner/doom project This is a passion project for me. I have some material written, and am looking for others to collaborate with on writing/recording. Occasional gig possible, but I am more interested in this being a studio project (side note - I have never stepped foot in a recording studio). Absolutely no touring. I have a full-time job and can commit about 6-8 hrs/week to this, and expect a similar level of commitment. You must be willing to either contribute to the writing process, or, at a minimum, learn the parts that are written for you. I am not interested in wasting time while people try to learn songs on the fly. Musical influences include Kyuss, Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, Monster Magnet, Fu Manchu, Sleep, Mastodon, Baroness, Queens of the Stone Age I am looking for people who know and play in the genre. Don't show up to play in a doom band if you can't/won't tune your instruments down to C! Must be 21+; no exceptions!
