Flexible light cleaning help for Airbnb $30/hr plus

Hello there, I’m looking for a trustworthy person who is a non-smoker to help me with my Airbnb rental when I’m traveling. This is a small operation (just me!). This is an easy job but does require you to follow a very detailed checklist and it would be great if you had an eye for detail but I can teach that as well. The flipping hours are between 11-2 sometimes earlier but not usually. I need someone who is very reliable and timely. The job will usually take 2 hours or so. Sometimes more sometimes less. I pay $30 per hour to start and after a few cleanings we can go up from there. The more bookings I can get the more money you will earn as well. Please respond if you have cleaning experience, can make these hours (how many times per week is variable). I’d love to have you start asap! I’m close the bus and there is parking on site. I provide all the cleaning supplies as well! Please be able to provide a brief work history and references. I will call references. Work references preferred to personal.
