We are currently looking for dependable and experienced commercial janitorial sub-contractors in the Denver area To qualify you must have: 1.) An actual business name. 2.) General Liability Insurance If you have employees, you must have workers compensation insurance We currently have the following opportunity: 1. ) We currently have a facility in Denver, near Coors Field that is cleaned five-nights per week, Monday - Friday. This is a school and will take about 7-8 hours nightly for one person after training and your initial week. We prefer to have a team of two or three people but 1 person could do it. Work can be started anytime after 6:30 each evening. Friday work can be done on Saturday or Sunday if you prefer. We are looking for someone that can start very quickly, as soon as tomorrow night. Thanks! 2.) Building near Monaco and Evans in Denver. This building gets cleaned Monday - Friday evening. Work can be started anytime after 5:00 p.m. and must be completed by 2:00 a.m. This should take about 5 hours per night for one person to complete. This account pays $ 2100.00 per month. Thanks!
