We are offering a great part-time position that pays well. Are you looking for a job that enables you to work 5 nights per week, Monday through Friday, and occasionally one Saturday or Sunday each quarter? This job offers approx. 25-30 hours per week. During training, this position starts at $17.75 per hour. We pay mileage to and from the accounts when using your personal vehicle. Upon completion of training, you will then supervise our nightly truck team, which usually consists of 2-3 people. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the company van. This position will report directly to our service manager. We specialize in cleaning small fitness studios throughout the Denver metro area. Duties include: Operating a floor machine, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, touch-up window/glass cleaning, dusting, empty trash receptacles, and dusting fans and lights. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided on-site. Requirements: - Good communication skills - Reliable, punctual, and dependable - Must have good transportation until you take over the responsibility of the company van. - Able to travel to all locations each night (mileage is reimbursed each week during training). - Valid Driver's License with a good driving record, Willingness to do a Background Check, and ability to speak English - Must be able to take company van home and recharge equipment and or plugin heater when needed. - Must be able to climb & work on a ladder to clean/dust ceiling, fans, and lights in fitness studios.
