Hiring for a reputable solar company for a commercial rooftop solar project in Colorado! $18-$20/hour 40-50 hours per week Full Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, etc.) Commercial Rooftop Solar Project in Greeley and Fort Collins, other projects in Colorado are available Short duration on the project but they will move over to Fort Collins after and have multiple other projects lined up Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for unloading and staging materials across the site, will be trained on assembling and installing racking systems, installation of solar panels, basic wiring, digging trenches, laying pipe, and more Candidates will be working on mechanical and electrical install on a roof-mounted solar array. Work with tools to assemble piles, tubing, install trackers, and assemble the racks for the panels to be bolted to. The laborers will transition into installing the panels on the racking, clip wires together, etc. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in solar, general labor, electrical/mechanical knowledge, or similar.
