Management Skills Include:
• Ability to focus on multiple jobs at one time while prioritizing tasks to be completed
• Effectively delegating and managing team members, subcontractors, and vendors
• Maintaining progress and meeting timelines
• Coordinating schedules
• Making sure inspections passed before moving on to the next stage
• Tracking materials and being proactive to order the precise amount of material needed ahead of time to ensure we have accurate quantities prior to install
Field Skills Include:
• Reading blueprints
• Framing and general carpentry
• Install doors and windows
• Siding install
• Interior millwork and finish carpentry
• Tile work
• Hanging fixtures
• Installing appliances
