Local licensed Repair Company is searching for 1-2 individuals to join our team! Requirements: Minimum 2yr experience maintaining/repairing residential units. Looking for a person ready to work! Must be able to take direction and complete tasks daily. Must have own transportation that would allow hauling of materials. Must have own tools. Knowledge in : basic plumbing basic electrical repairing and installing/finishing drywall vinyl flooring, HW flooring clean outs, painting, cleaning Pay determined by experience 30 Day probation period Must have valid ID and agree to background search Hours vary depending on the help required.
