Need help fast

I am in need of serious help! I have some things in the yard that need to be taken to the dump,so I am in need of so.eone who has a truck or trailer. I also need someone who is able to put up one fence panel,and maybe clean my garage,which means more dump hauling,lol. I am a single Mom who is not able to afford a whole lot but I am sure we can come to an agreement on a fair price. My Father passed away last year and left me with a huge mess because of my Mom who suffers from a mental illness.. Please
