Dietz Property Group has a great opportunity for a Seasonal Groundskeeper (end of May thru September) at one of our premier Apartment Communities in Marysville, OH. As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for maintaining the grounds of the community. This position will include learning and performing some basic maintenance items in the apartments such as painting, locks, and other items to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech. This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, and performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director. Groundskeeper position earns a competitive base wage with 20 hours a week/flexible hours!
