We're a fast-growing Short-Term Rental / Vacation Rental Company seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman for their portfolio of 25 single-family homes across Scottsdale, Mesa, and Gilbert. This position will perform general maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure the properties are well-maintained for the best possible guest experience. Responsibilities: - General electric, plumbing, Appliance, HVAC and pool equipment knowledge - Patch & Paint - Pick up and deliver supplies - House inspections - General maintenance (air filters, light bulb replacement, tv remote / fan remote programming / replacement) - Install & program door locks - Prioritize tasks and plan your schedule to complete urgent projects in a timely manner Qualifications: - Must be willing to undergo a background check - Must have a clean driving record - Requires driving to multiple houses in a day, so must be comfortable with driving across the East Valley (Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert) - Must be a strong communicator - Must be reliable - Must have your own tools - Must have your own transportation Hours: Schedule varies, but you will mostly be working Mon - Thurs, 8 am to 5 pm (there will be occasional emergency calls on weekends for bonus pay). *Position will be full-time for the right candidate after a 60 day trial period* **Please submit a resume and a brief description of why you're interested in the role for consideration.
