Pool Service Technician Needed Compensation: $12-13 depending on experience PER POOL, (roughly $24-$36 per hour) paid bimonthly Employment type: W-9 Full-time Pool Service Technician Sterling Pools, LLC - Mesa, AZ Tired of driving all over the Valley to do your pool route? Our pool routes are within approximately 5 square miles. Spend your time earing money not driving around. Sterling Pools is a family owned company that operates with a solid belief in commitment to excellence in our service, to our people and to our customers. Over the last ten years we have built an impeccable reputation in NE Mesa for top customer service. We are looking for a Pool Technician who holds those same principles. This position will be servicing around 70 - 85 pools per week. Prefer 6 months minimum experience servicing pools but not required. **Additional training can be provided** You will need to have your own truck, tools and smart phone to perform all functions of this position. All chemicals will be supplied to you each week. Most homes located in Las Sendas, Red Mountain Ranch and Mountain Bridge communities. **We are offering a $750 sign on bonus after the first 60 days.** Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on pools as assigned, going the extra mile with service. • Have a solid working knowledge of pool chemistry. • Complete pool service completion sheet on your smart phone after each service. • Identify and report any needed repairs or service needs back to manager. Position Requirements: • Proficient in pool maintenance, chemistry and service. • High school diploma or equivalent • Must have dependable, clean truck. • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record. • Pass background check. • Speak English. • Clean appearance. • Professional, friendly demeanor. • Smart phone with data plan. • Complete route between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Physical Expectations: Must be able to tolerate working in Arizona heat and surrounding environment. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Must be able to walk and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
