LEAD INSTALLERS AND INSTALL APPRENTICES NEEDED! $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!! American Vision Windows is looking for the best installers to provide the best customer service; we strive to over-succeed on every project! Lead Installers are responsible for window and door installations. We are looking for installers that have experience installing replacement retro-fit and new construction windows, patio doors, sliding doors, bi-folds, entry doors, caulking, and finish trim; using a metal break and general construction is a plus. Working knowledge and proficiency: working with general construction, hand and power tools, and manufacturer quality and safety guidelines. Ensures customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning for materials and resources confirms measurement of window and doors prior to the commencement of work, performs routine to complex window or door installations. Applicants must value and take pride in performing top-quality work. Good leadership skills and ability to work well with others are required. Install apprentices are trainees to Lead Installers. If you are reliable, a team player, hardworking, and are looking to enter into the construction field, we will train the right people to become Lead Installers. Some experience with tools and working outside would be a plus. Requirements – - Be able to climb 24’ ladder - Be able to lift 75 lbs. - Have a driver’s license - Be able to pass a background check and drug screening American Vision Windows is an employee owned company.
