Description
This is Hank!
He’s somewhere between 10-12 months old, we’ve been given different answers. He’s been living with us for a little over a month but unfortunately we need to let him go.
They say he’s a purebred; we don’t have papers to that effect.
Here’s the thing about my guy Hank - he thinks he’s a LOT smaller than he is. He desperately wants to be a lapdog, and he has no sense over how close he gets to things when he walks. Unfortunately for us that means he keeps knocking our toddlers down, and leaving bruises when he nips at our preschoolers.
He is BY NO MEANS a badly behaved dog. He’s a puppy or at most a very young dog. He has a lot of energy and there’s a lot of him (60lbs, last I checked) to love.
I would even say he’s great with kids - he loves our babies - he would just be a better fit for someone who has older kids, or someone with the energy to run HIS energy out.
He is crate trained and house trained, he knows “sit” and I’ve been working with him on walking with a leash - he’s a puller.
He is vaccinated and neutered.
Asking a rehoming fee of $200 OBO which will include everything we’ve got for him:
-Crate & bed
-Leash
-Grooming supplies (2 brushes, a comb, dental hygiene kit, nail grinder, and a nifty bathing glove that attaches to the hose)
-Remainder of the food we have for him (we’ve been feeding Canidae All Stages) and food bin
-Training treats and freeze dried minnows
-Pooper scooper and poop bags
-Toys
Honestly if you feel like Hank would be the perfect fit for you please reach out, the most important thing for us is finding Hank a forever home.
