Corporate Houses Cleaner needed

We are an IT firm based in Atlanta (Cumberland area) and we are specializing in recruiting, training and placing IT consultants with our client across USA. These IT professionals stay at our corporate fully furnished apartments and houses. We are looking for a new cleaning specialist who can visit our 13 properties weekly for what we call a "refresh cleanings" - light cleaning that keep everything in order with full cleaning of the kitchens and bathrooms, plus 3 "deep cleanings" per week - full cleanings of the apartment/house on short-notice (24-48 hours) when our IT professionals move-out and new ones arriving. Our ideal candidate: - able to work flexible hours and work around our schedule - has own reliable transportations (we do not reimburse the gas/mileage) - reliable, responsible, dependable, good communicator and attention to details What we provide: - cleaning supplies (except vacuum cleaner) - 22 refresh cleanings + 3 deep cleanings per week = $900.00 - 1099-contractor hire paperer work, paid on bi-weekly basis via direct deposit - entry codes for the properties What we expect from you: - an update from you on daily and weekly basis with pictures on when and how each property has been cleaned and prepared - communication with us when something is broken or needs maintenance attention so we can proactively take care of it - cleanings to be done in a timely manner to meet our deadlines.
