Rehoming 1 yr old Fritz orange kitty

Timid orange kitty we named Fritz. He is so sweet. Never hisses, rather quiet. But also incredibly timid and unsure. He likes things nice and calm. We got him from the shelter and had high hopes for him, as he started to warm up quickly. But then he decided to pee in my daughter's closet. It has been an uphill battle, and we cannot keep him from doing it. And he is too timid to be indoor/outdoor. But he was litter boxed trained before. Don't know what happened. We can no longer keep him here. We think if he is a single kitty (we have another cat), he would do just fine with his litter box. Up to date on shots and neutered.
