Description
I've commented before on finding workers, young people that want to become carpenters, show up to work and on time, doesn't call in sick, ask for a raise after two weeks and request time off shortly after being hired.
My company is also in need of a journeyman/lead carpenter, someone that knows how to do everything, maybe not a master of everything but has an idea how to do more than just framing, rocking and mudding, but can also has a strong knowledge how to do plumbing, electrical etc..
My boss doesn't know I'm asking for advice and recommendations and I don't know what the salary is-I'm guessing around $30 an hour depending on their skill set.
If you or your friend can pass a background check let me know and I'll forward your info to my boss.
Thanks,
Scott
