NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Sept. 3. All charges are merely accusations. Zihong Yuan, 26, of Melville, was arrested on the LIE at exit 43 in Plainview at 4:45 a.m. on Aug. 28.Nicole Hayward, 39, of Franklin Square, was arrested on Phoebe Street in Franklin Square at 12:06 p.m. on Aug. 28.Nohman Sakhi, 29, of Plainview, was arrested on Washington Street in Farmingdale at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 30.Martha J. Navas, 25, of Hempstead, was arrested on Old Country Road in Westbury at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 2.
