MASSAPEQUA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in Massapequa for the week ending Sept. 24. All charges are merely accusations. A man stole Nike clothing from a store in the Sunrise Mall, located on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa, on Sept. 21.The tires of a car parked on Harmony Drive in Massapequa Park were slashed on Sept. 16.Daniel Bershader, 34, of Massapequa, was arrested on Unqua Road in Massapequa on Sept. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
