NOW HIRING: Service Technician- HVACR & Cooking Equipment JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide repair/install services and parts, preventive maintenance, and warranty work for HVAC, refrigeration, commercial cooking and other equipment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, schools, stores and more. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  Must have 2+ years experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment  Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record  Personal Tools (Company provided major tools and equipment)  Excellent customer service and communication skills  Clean professional appearance, good work ethic, and positive attitude DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the following: commercial HVAC, Refrigeration and cooking equipment  Complete minor electrical, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance  Perform on-site preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and general repair on equipment and property  Possess mechanical and electrical skills; Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics; Ability to read a volt meter  Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Manage time to effectively complete service calls  Provide daily reports and communicate regularly with store managers and supervisor  Manage truck inventory and maintain accurate records  Ensure timely reporting of invoices, weekly time sheets, fuel log, and other necessary paperwork  Maintain clean and organized company vehicle; Service vehicle on routine basis  Flexibility to work overtime, scheduled on-call and weekends, as required BENEFITS  Company provided vehicle and fuel card; Cell phone allowance  BCBS Health and Dental Insurance; VSP Vision Insurance  Company Paid Time Off and Sick Time  Weekly payroll (Hourly rate based upon experience) Contact Jason Fleming -owner @ Two 0 Five - Seven 3 Seven - Two 6 Two 6
