Seeking ranch hand to assist with feeding of horses / cattle and perform other ranch duties. If you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons and working with your hands it should be a good fit for you. In addition to the needs of livestock, the use of tools and light equipment such as chainsaws, weed eaters, mowers may be needed. This is a labor-intensive position so you must be able to lift bags of feed, hay bales etc. Previous experience is beneficial but the willingness to learn our protocols is important. You may be required to work alone or with limited help at times. Self motivation and the ability to maintain a regular work schedule are important. No smoking is allowed in buildings or on all ranch premises. We are looking for part-time help able to work 10 to 20 hours per week (may include weekends). Pay rate $150 to $250 a week depending on experience and hours. Requirements: trustworthiness, willingness to learn our protocols, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
