Express Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is seeking part-time evening technicians to fill various evening assignments. Work as few as 3 hours or as many as 4-5hrs nightly. Most are M-F. The perfect candidate will be friendly, and eager to learn our processes. Positions will work as part of a team to help maintain the buildings appearance. Successful candidates will apply our 4 core values: transparency, helpfullness, kindness, and owner's mindset to each building interaction on a daily basis. We utilize team cleaning and sample duties include: Sweeping, Mopping as required Bathroom Disinfecting Breakroom Disinfecting Trash removal Maintain bathrooms fully stocked, common areas clean: bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways Vacuuming, Dusting Qualified Candidates must: Be able to utilize our processes and cleaning techniques Have cleaning experience of minimum of 1 yr Be able to kneel, bend, squat, be on feet for periods longer than 3 hours Have a great attitude Have a clean background Have Smart Phone to clock in and communicate through an app
