Position: Estimating Research Specialist Requirements: · Very detailed oriented and organized. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Strong work ethic with a focus on team success. · Self-motivated with a desire to always be learning. · Proficient with MS Office and web-based applications. · Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and reprioritizing to meet company needs. · Must be willing to undergo pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen. Job Responsibilities: · Research issues with customer estimates, such as pricing and purchase order status. · Work as a direct link between the accounting and estimating departments. · Communicate with our various branch operating teams to investigate unresolved issues. · Use NetSuite to resolve open issues and reconcile customer accounts. · Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, management, and peers.
