Description

Day Porter- maintain cleanliness of assigned properties.(for example but not limited to change trash liners, wiped down lids and benches, sweep fire lanes and sidewalks, water plants, wash windows, clean vacancies, report damage or onsite issues immediately to supervisor.) Other tasks maybe assigned as needed. Must be available to work a minimum of 40hrs per week with the possibility for overtime on occasion. Some weekends maybe required.
