There are only a few tasks to complete and need to be completed right away.
This project will be featured on a YouTube. If you don't want to appear in the video, don't apply for this project.
We supply buildings materials. You must use your own tools.
A few tasks include...
1) Prep prime and paint walls and ceiling.
2) Skim coat drywall.
3) Grout and seal ceramic tile.
4) Install toe kick and baseboard and miscellaneous molding.
5) Install barn door hardware and doors.
6) Install stair handrail.
7) Install attic access ladder.
8) Install window shutters
9) Demo vanity cabinet and install new vanity.
10) Throw construction debris in dumpster.
11) Clean up after yourself.
Cross streets are Shoup, Sherman Way, Carlson Circle. We will meet you at Del Taco on Shoup and Carlson Circle which is across the street from the condominium complex. Work days are Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5pm.
You need to provide a written quote for the total price to complete the work (we do not pay by the hour) and an accurate time frame to complete it.
Your work cannot be substandard. After your work is completed we will pay you immediately via a Zelle money transfer. If you prefer cash you will have to follow us to the bank.
