Licensed Electrician Needed to Install new 125 AMP Subpanel

We added eight additional circuits and want to upgrade our subpanel. All new circuits have been wired with Romex and lead through the ceiling and terminate in the ceiling directly above the subpanel (refer to photos). Name of circuits have been labeled on the Romex for identification. Ceiling height is 8 foot. You need to... A) Disconnect wiring from the old subpanel and remove it. B) Install new flush mount plug-on neutral panel and breakers. C) Connect old circuit wiring to breakers. D) Drill through top plate above panel and lead the new wiring in the ceiling (directly above panel) down the wall to the panel location and connect to breakers. E) Label and identify all circuits on subpanel door legibly. We will remove and replace wall and ceiling drywall to provide access for panel and wiring and purchase a new plug-on neutral panel and breakers. "Canoga Lakes" is a condominium complex. Cross streets are Shoup, Sherman Way, Carlson Circle. We will meet you at Del Taco on Shoup and Carlson Circle which is directly across the street from the condo then follow us through the gate. Work days are Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5pm. Refer to the exterior main panel (can't be upgraded due to Condo association regulations) photos and refer to the existing interior subpanel photo and provide a quote and include your license # and your availability date.
