Where can I go to get help with food?

Hi. I wanted to see if anyone would be able to tell me where I can get some help for myself and kids. I really help finding places. I have 3 kids and im currently pregnant. I do work over nights but the pay is barely enough to cover our rent. Things only seem to be getting worse after my truck broke down and my children's father cant help me or should I say wont help me. I really am trying my best to take care of my kids, I just need to see if a few places that may help with a little bit of groceries for the week. I applied for foodstamps but nothing has happened yet with that. I would appreciate ANY information on where I can go get help. Thank you!
