Looking for a creative, experienced lead guitarist who can do harmonies, back up vocals and play many different styles of music. I play all original music, ( NO COVERS ) some of it can be heard at www.solaresband.com I am new to Green Valley and would like to connect with local musicians who like to create new music and start performing around town. I write a lot of different types of music mostly rooted in 60's & 70's. I need a player with very strong improvisational skills. My music is very simple, familiar and predictable which should make it easy for someone with experience to play my songs right away. Prefer someone with knowledge of pedals and a good ear for good guitar tone, proper volume and the ability to come up with memorable licks to fit the songs. Please, no drugs, alcohol, drama or egos. This is all about performing, being creative and having fun. I like to rehearse and get things right. I would prefer to find someone who is retired, local or within a short drive of Green Valley so rehearsals do not become a burden. I have a comfortable, clean place for rehearsals.
