Description: Provide a healthy, safe and clean environment through preventative maintenance/repair services as needed within the Mobilehome Community.
Salary:$17/hour, 20 hours per week
Perform a variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance to include but not limited to carpentry, painting, electrical, grounds care, irrigation, plumbing, utility maintenance.
Ability to inspect/maintain the hardscape of the park, (streets, streetlights, walkways, block walls, fences, gates).
Maintain/use assigned vehicles, heavy equipment, and tools in safe operating conditions.
Clean buildings, common areas (clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, laundry facility, trash enclosures and ground areas as needed and/or assigned.
Demonstrate good customer service skills when interacting with residents, vendors, co-workers.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work areas.
Good understanding of verbal and written communication.
Physical ability may include standing/stooping for periods of time; ability to lift/carry (10-25#); full range of motion in all joints; good gross and fine motor skills
Perform other related duties as assigned.
