Gather in circle and create sacred space for authenticity and vulnerability. We have long been shown a false ideal of what a Man should be. It is time to learn what it really means to be a Man. Join your brothers in the circle and support each other as we heal the wounds of our ancestors. Join Chris Armstrong in an evening of communication, embodiment, and breathing exercises. The Flagstaff Men's Circle will meet every 2nd Tuesday. Suggested donation $10-20. No one turned away for lack of funds. We grow together in community.
