Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities: *Bilingual Preferred * Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, with picking sheet or as instructed by assigned supervisor. * Can move and lift packages up to 50lbs as necessary. * Can operate scanners and computer stations, so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately. * Pulls and packs product based on daily orders and volume. * Meets specifics numbers or orders packed daily. * Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. * Monitors product quality frequently, Expiration dates if applies etc.., and reporting problems immediately to mitigate shipping issues. * Job duties do require be on your feet all day standing or walking in our warehouse **Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining general cleanliness in your work area. Hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00AM-5:30PM Benefits include: * No weekends * Major Holidays Off and paid for Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Floating Holidays (after 30 days) * One Week Paid vacation (after 6 months) * Dental and Vision Insurance included at no extra cost.
