:We are seeking highly motivated individuals to serve as Maintenance Tech/Supervisor for a large multi family apartment community. • The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general maintenance of the apartment community to include performing repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and performing preventative maintenance. Maintenance Tech will respond to maintenance issues, follow-up with residents and office staff, and handle routine issues and will assist with apartment turns Qualifications: Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) • Must Pass Background Check Must have valid Driver’s License. • We offer health, vision, dental and life insurance, paid holidays and PTO. •
