Job description: Renova is seeking a full-time construction/renovation superintendent for our Norfolk, VA market. We are looking for an individual interested in full-time employment for Renova and the opportunity to grow within our company. The job consists of: • Oversight and scheduling of employees • Management of material inventory on job sites • Ordering of material to maintain inventory needs when needed • Communicating with and scheduling sub-contractors • Updating renovation spreadsheets with completion dates • Quality control of current projects • Instructing employees on the proper procedures for demo, the installing of LVP, light fixtures, vanity tops, paint, paint touch up, Punch list items, and Light plumbing.
