Hello; Im a disable war vet and Im looking for an attorney to take my case against "The Hain Celestial Group" in Lake Success, N.Y. I live in so fl.Back in 2/22 i brought a bag of Terra Chips and after the 3rd round of eating them, i try to swallow them and gagging very bad for many minutes finally i was able to bring it up following it was blood and small soft plastic that was in the seal bag of chips i could not talk or eat i lived on soft baby food & applesauce & liquids & still am as i lost over 30 lbs it took weeks to see a doctor the md doctor said soft tissue & what i had healed & throat doctor said the same without soft tissue, im having pain in my head & stomach from not eating solid foods and what happen to me. The company & i have been in touch, my friend sent photos of the chip bag & the soft plastic & receipt to the company. Now im looking to sue this company for this issue.
